Russian River - Row 2 Hill 56 Pale Ale (5.4%)
100% Simcoe hops make up this beer from start to finish! It is named for the location in the experimental hop yard in Yakima, WA, where it was first created. It has that trademark Simcoe nose with citrus and pine, nice bitterness and tasty hop flavors round it out.

Drie Fonteinen Cuvee Armand & Gaston - (5.5%)
A blend of one-, two-, and three-year old lambics. Spontaneous fermentation, patient maturation in oak barrels and continued evolution in the bottle result in a distinctively complex beer. This geuze has fermented in the bottle and will continue to develop it's tastes and aromas over its long life when properly cellared.

Drie Fonteinen Oude Kriek - (6%)
Their Kriek is the result of macerating hand-picked whole sour cherries on young lambic for at least four months, blened again with more young lambic, bottled and cellared for at least five months allowing it to develop into a beautiful, traditional, and refined Oude Kriek. A pleasant tartness and organic notes of almond and cinnamon as it warms in the glass.

Drie Fonteinen Druif Muscaris - (9.1%)
This one time blend from 3 Fonteinen takes the grape must from the Musacris variety and allows it to rest on a 15 month old lambik in a small oak foeder. It is then blened even further with a 3 year old lambik creating a perfect balance of fruity intensity and dry funk that we all know and love from 3 Fonteinen.
