Hailing from Chester County, PA, Sam Stinson is a standout figure in modern country music. Born Sam Schmidthuber, Sam began playing guitar at the age of 9. He swiftly gained recognition at local venues and festivals, later sharing stages with luminaries like Brad Paisley and Chris Young. Nashville became a pivotal chapter in his story, with his performances at the Music City Hayride Show earning him local acclaim and leading to his first Josie Music Award in 2019. His deepening ties with Nashville culminated in a 2023 performance at the Josie Music Awards Pre-Party Gala inside Grand Ole Opry House Studio A, where he clinched a Songwriting Achievement Award. Sam's music reflects a contemporary country fusion of influences, steadily evolving since his 2016 debut EP.
