In allowing these to shine we hope to achieve a balance of flavor that is both delicate and thought provoking, a fresh discovery and a fond remembrance. We recognize the importance of progress and innovation.
While we all personally identify as tireless explorers of ideas and spaces, we collectively are most drawn to the classics. The beers that no matter what century will forever resonate. The euphoric first sip of a crisp Pilsener. The elegant lacing left on a full bodied pint of Bitter. The arresting fragrance from those peppery esters of a fuzzy Saison. We strive for our beers to create a sense of harmony both in and out of the glass.

Troubles End Brewing is proud to have Chef Kris Serviss at the helm. Kris always brings fun and flavor to your plate. Through fresh and creative ingredients Kris brings a playful decadence to every item that makes it to your table.
Our menu brings a variety of hearty classics as well as creative Vegetarian and Vegan offerings as well. A simple sandwich, or a large family meal, the crew at Troubles End aims to create a more memorable culinary experience.
